As we looked at the weather forecast for Alex's Birthday, we were worried that it was going to be uncomfortably hot for his party at the park. One day when I was at work, I got a phone call from Joe. "Hol, I think I have a solution for the hot weather at Alex's party!" I honestly had no idea what he was talking about. "Um, okay, honey, whatcha thinkin'?" "We're going to rent a misting fan!!" I didn't truly understand what this meant until we got it set up at the party. It's basically a huge fan that blows a cool mist (go figure!). It was a genius idea (good work, Joe!) and really did help with the hot, hot weather!!
