Our yard has had a busy Spring!! We had the giant Silver Maple removed from our backyard in April, because it had gotten too big and was starting to decay. Our yard now looks much bigger, but now we have to get some grass to grow!
Joe and Alex planted grass seed, and Alex has taken his job of watering very seriously!!
We also planted new shrubs in the front of our house! You can see the before picture below. I'm so happy with how they turned out. We planted Wintergreen Boxwoods, and I love the color against our brown house!
We also planted flowers in the backyard, and Alex planted his very own Sunflowers! We can't wait to see them grow. We hope to get a few veggies in this year too!
