It's done!

This Spring we noticed some peeling paint on the back of our house. That, along with our dream to sell our house in the next year or two, motivated Joe to paint our house. There were many things that made me want to buy our house, but I'll tell you this, it was not the color of the house. So, we took this opportunity to change the color... just a little... ahem... a lot.

We were so thankful for some helping hands that came out to help us get started. My dad, Chris and Brad, were generous enough to spend their Sunday afternoon on ladders painting. Even Alex got in on the fun!

From start to finish this took about three weeks to complete.

I love it. Joe did such a good job and I'm thankful for the many, many hours he spent making it look wonderful! The last thing he will do, is paint the door a fun color, but that will have to wait until after the surgery and recovery!
