This year our family decided to buy into a share of a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Farm. Basically, we purchase a share of a farm's bounty and each week we get a box full of fresh, organic produce to eat! This last week our box looked like this:
We are loving it! We are eating so many more fresh vegetables this summer!! "Our" farmers invited us out to their farm in Wisconsin for a summer cook-out and farm tour. We thought it'd be fun to see where our vegetables grow, so we decided to take the drive out to visit!
We had so much fun! Alex loved running through the farm and fields, looking at the animals, chasing chickens, searching for eggs, and checking out the vegetables growing. Joe and I enjoyed the beautiful weather, meeting our farmers, making new friends, the fantastic food, and the whole farm experience.
