So, I can't remember whose idea it was to schedule Alex's birthday party in our new house one week after we moved in, but as soon as we set the boxes down, we were on the clock to get the place "party ready"! I'm quite certain we couldn't have gotten it done without Steph, who kept us unpacking, organizing, and decorating, until we were ready! In the end, the house was ready and we had a blast celebrating Alex's 6th birthday in our new house. We were so glad to have our family and friends join us! We loved having lots of area to hang out inside and outside (although it was so hot, pretty much everyone stayed inside), and watching the kids play together in the play room!!! Alex had a great time and we all agree the party was quite the success!!
