Alex really loves to read. A few months ago, I decided to start reading a chapter book with him to see if it would keep his attention. We started out with Little House in the Big Woods. Alex loved it. He would ask so many questions about Pa and Ma, Laura and Mary, and he loved the chapters with Black Susan, the cat, and Jack, the dog. I was excited that he enjoyed it so much. We next read Charlotte's Web and the James and the Giant Peach. He asks a lot of question and really can follow the story line. We both look forward to our bedtime story time! Now we are reading Little House on the Prairie. So much fun!
I can't wait to do this! How old is Alex? I am wondering when I can start with Elisabeth. You are so wonderful and a woman after my own heart. Miss you and the laughs we had in high school.
