Thankful.

We have so much to be thankful for.

We spent Thanksgiving this year in South Dakota. There were some worries of bad weather making our trip difficult, but we made it safe and sound! As a special treat this year, my mom and Mark made a "turducken". (Which is a duck, inside a chicken, inside a turkey). It was fun to try something new!

Thanksgiving is always fun and relaxing, and this year did not disappoint. Mark got a cool new hockey game for his birthday this year, that provided lots of entertainment! Bonnie, Mark and Alex put it together! It was a huge hit! We also had fun playing Settlers and Mouse Trap, watching football, and eating lots of yummy food.

Mark, Tim and Joe went out on Black Friday to check out the deals (not many crowds in Watertown, SD!) And, with Thanksgiving behind us, we decided it wasn't too early to begin decorating Christmas cookies! I liked Alex's cookies the best, they had the most frosting, the most candies and the most sprinkles of all!!

We are so thankful.
