Today for lunch, we gave Alex a couple of options for lunch. He chose soup. Joe went to look in the cupboards for some and we realized that we had none. We gave Alex a couple of other options, but he still wanted soup. Joe says, "no problem" and in less than ten minutes, my wonderful husband just whipped up a little bit of chicken, rice and carrot soup. It was delicious. Alex and I are seriously impressed!
