Well, as you may have guessed, we just got back from vacation! Joe, Alex, Steph and I took a trip to Fort Myers Beach, Florida. It was a fantastic trip! We enjoyed the very warm weather and had a great time!
Alex took his very first ride on an airplane! He was such a trooper, it's hard to sit still for over 3 hours!
There were many firsts for Alex on this trip! He wasn't quite sure what to think about the ocean. He liked putting his feet in the water, but when the waves came up, he would turn to Steph and want "up, up, up"!
Alex was having fun running around on the pier, he wanted to chase the pelicans. But, he also likes to walk with daddy!
One of the higlights of the trip was our visit to Hammond Stadium, the Spring Training home of the Minnesota Twins! We got to see some of the pitchers and catchers and check out the awesome outdoor stadium.
We checked out the nature center and Alex checked out the dinosaurs...
and loved the petting zoo! Check out that pig face!
