We like having Daddy home!!!

So, as many of you know, Joe was in the hospital earlier this week. We are so glad he's home now with us. The doctor's told him he had to take a week off of work to continue to heal up. So, for those of you who worry, he has rested lots and kept his feet up, but it's not often that we get this much time with Joe at one time, so we have done a few fun things...

We went to see my Dad and Chris's house that they are building in Ramsey! It's so nice and the builders are really working hard to get it done. Now, they just need to get their house sold. Anyone looking for a house in Champlin?!?!?

We went out to the Olive Garden with friends on Friday night! yummy! Alex started to figure out what this coloring thing is all about. (The crayon only went in his mouth a few times!)

We picked the day with the best weather to go to the Apple Orchard! We all had such a nice time and ate lots of apples and apple products (I had some excellent cider and Joe and Tim had an apple turnover!)

We found the pumpkin patch too!

On the way home, everyone was so tired!

Both Alex and I have been thrilled to have this time of recovery with our wonderful husband and daddy. We love you Joe.
