Alex had a blast playing on the floor with Jake and Emma! It doesn't seem long ago when Amanda and I were this little and best buds, right Diana and Mom??
On Saturday, Joe and had to work, so Alex and I went over to Grandma and Grampa Kuklok's house! Grandpa took Alex for a nice stroller ride and Grandma played fun games with Alex!
On Sunday.... well, Sunday was a little crazy... let's just say it included making pasta salad for 100, dealing with lots of messy diapers, looking for our dog Skip, who managed to get loose right as we were trying to leave for our wonderful friends, The Bonnett's, family dedication in honor of their kids' adoption becoming finalized (Congrats again you guys!!!) and zipping over to see Jake and Emma again before they went home to Colorado. By the way, 35 minutes after searching all over South Minneapolis (and therefore becoming quite late for the Bonnett's house!), we found Skip. He wasn't quite sure what all the fuss was about and why his mom and dad got teary eyed when we finally found him. Stinkin' dog, making us worry so.
Oh Skipper!!! Sorry we missed you at the church for the dedication. It was wonderful! Glad Skip was found though!! And it was good seeing you on Wed. Glad you had a good weekend!!
